Originally from Puerto Rico, I’ve called the beautiful state of Florida home for over 30 years. Outdoors is where I thrive, whether it’s hiking, swimming, or simply enjoying the fresh air. As a mother of two incredible daughters, I’ve navigated the teenage years with the help of therapy. If you’re on a mental health journey, count on me for support. I firmly believe in the importance of self-care; after all, it’s the foundation for caring for others effectively.

By treating myself with kindness, understanding, and patience. Embracing imperfection as part of being human, I offer myself the same warmth I extend to a dear friend. Prioritizing self-care, I indulge in activities that bring joy and relaxation, fostering resilience in the face of life’s challenges.

Despite swearing off cats, I now share my home with three (two are grandcats). And as I approach 50, I’m on a journey to build as much muscle as possible through weightlifting – plenty of time left to reach my goals!
