I’m thrilled to embark on this journey with you. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). With over a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of providing therapy to adults and couples, guiding them towards healing and growth.
In my trauma informed practice, I integrate various therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), all while infusing mindfulness and self-compassion into every session. As a certified yoga instructor, laughter yoga facilitator, and Mindful Self-Compassion teacher trainee, I believe in a holistic approach to healing, addressing both mind and body.
