About the Founder Coralis Solomon, PhD, LMHC, NCC, QS

You have a one-of-a-kind chance to change your life by starting a path of self-discovery and healing with me, Dr. Coralis Solomon.

Being an Assistant Professor for William & Mary’s Online Clinical Counseling Program and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, my dedication to mental health is above and above the norm. I specialize in helping people navigate the intricacies of anxiety, trauma, and depression in my private practice. I also work with couples and relationship problems.

My professional journey is marked by a diverse array of certifications and training, reflecting a holistic and mind-body-centered counseling approach.

As a Self-Compassion Teacher Trainee, I integrate mindfulness and meditation therapy, trauma-sensitive yoga, and Gottman’s Couples Therapy – a research-based approach.

My expertise also extends to trauma informed practices, compassion fatigue, bereavement training, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindful Self-Compassion.

Aside from my private practice, I am a published author on mindful self-compassion and burnout prevention and a nationally and globally known keynote speaker. Along with mental health clinical supervision, I offer more services than just traditional therapy.

I am a National Certified Counselor, Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor, Laughter Yoga Facilitator, Group Exercise Instructor, and Weight Management Specialist.

My approach is grounded in cultural sensitivity, acknowledging the diverse backgrounds of my clients. Whether you’re an individual grappling with personal challenges, a couple navigating relationship complexities, or a group seeking support, I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your unique needs. Through our collaborative journey, I draw upon various modalities, creating a holistic and personalized experience. With acceptance, commitment, and a strengths-based focus, I am dedicated to supporting your well-being and personal growth, guiding you toward a more fulfilling life.
